Outside of real estate, she’s raising two awesome kids, Molly and Dylan, and a golden doodle named Nellie. You’ll find her on the trails, catching live music or a theater show, enjoying a round of golf, or showing up at networking events. She’s a podcast enthusiast and a passionate NFL follower.

As a multi-year State Director for the South Dakota Board of Realtors and a dedicated member of both state and local government affairs boards, Niki brings advocacy and leadership into every transaction. Outside of real estate, Niki has been happily married for 25 years and is the proud mom of two adult children and two energetic puppies. Whether she’s playing pickleball, hiking, golfing, or relaxing at the lake, she finds joy in the outdoors and all things sports.
Brooke Brown launched her real estate career in 2024, but her passion for homes started much earlier—watching HGTV, touring new builds with her dad (a local builder), and diving into interior design. A former Lincoln High baller and part-time cowgirl, she loves long walks, lifting weights, and catching a cycling class. She’s close with her family (Lisa, Tony, Kaden, and Alisa), always down for a good coffee or tequila, and proud to be part of a team that feels more like family.
