Brooke Brown launched her real estate career in 2024, but her passion for homes started much earlier—watching HGTV, touring new builds with her dad (a local builder), and diving into interior design. A college internship under Melissa Merchant sealed the deal, showing her just how meaningful and life-changing real estate can be. Today, Brooke channels that same energy into helping first-time buyers, land and lot seekers, and new construction clients feel confident and cared for.
What sets Brooke apart? She’s fearless, hard-working, and full-time in the game. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, she knows the local scene inside and out. Her driven personality and natural instinct for detail make her a powerhouse resource for anyone stepping into the market—especially younger buyers or those who want a Real Estate Agent who doesn’t settle.
Outside of real estate, Brooke’s a wellness enthusiast with a competitive edge. A former Lincoln High baller and part-time cowgirl, she loves long walks, lifting weights, and catching a cycling class. She’s close with her family (Lisa, Tony, Kaden, and Alisa), always down for a good coffee or tequila, and proud to be part of a team that feels more like family.
